![]() It makes me think that the problem isn't being understood. Those parameters shouldn't be used unless SENDING a message and we're talking about RECEIVING. I've seen solutions saying to change the format on the contact for the sender within the recipient's Outlook, but that doesn't make much sense. Obviously, we have no control over the sender, but we shouldn't need to since, as stated before, Outlook should be able to interpret all TNEF and rich text. ![]() ![]() ![]() Since Exchange and Outlook should be able to interpret all rich text formatted emails, this is boggling. The same email sent to multiple users will be received normally by some. Just certain users are RECEIVING outside emails with winmail.dat attachments. We are a largely a Microsoft shop using Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007.
